TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for custom orders to reserve the date on my calendar. An order confirmation will be received once a deposit has been received. Deposit invoices and payment requests not paid within 48 hours will be canceled. The final payment is due no later than 14 days before the event. Late or no payment may be subject to cancellation. Late payments may result in substitutions or modifications to the original order. Cancellations received on or within 14 days of the event date will receive a refund of the balance order, minus the deposit.
For orders made less than two weeks of the event, a 20% rush fee will be applied. Rush orders are a first come first serve basis, full payment will be required ASAP.
Dportsweets is not liable for damage to the product due to client negligence or improper handling once the product has been delivered or picked up. Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 75 degrees and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on any cake, cupcakes, or any temperature-dependent dessert.
Dportsweets doesn't 100% copy someone else's work. We accept customer inspiration and ideas provided are presented as representations of the dessert. The actual product may vary based on creative interpretation or structural necessity of the cake(s) while maintaining the integrity of the overall look.
All of our products are made in a licensed home-based kitchen containing known food allergens (eggs, peanuts, wheat, dairy, nuts, and soy). Because the equipment is shared, I can't guarantee a 100% allergen-free product. It is the customer's due diligence to notify their guest of any allergy risks.
All pick-ups & Deliveries:
Pickups will be located in the West Los Angeles Area (90034). Deliveries will be subject to an additional fee.
