Easy Valentine's Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookie Recipe

3 Ingredient Red Velvet cake mix cookie recipe:

• 1 box of Red Velvet Cake mix

• 2 eggs (room temp)

• 1/3 cup of vegetable or canola oil

• 400g of merckens super white chocolate

• Hot pink Colour mill

• Heart mold

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicon mat.

2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until fully combined. The dough will be thick.

3. Scoop dough and roll.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, just until edges are set.

5. Let the cookies cool for 15 minutes.

6. Melt chocolate, dip and drizzle cookies, and decorate with sprinkles.
